The manic tone of farce

Words spoken to come out of his head
The louder he spoke, the more he went into his head
The more he spoke, the less he could hear
He was a brain surgeon, he was never there
His head was shaved and the wigs couldn't bear
The knocks on his door were louder than clear
His words, as much as they were, didn't deliver
This magical silence, death.
